17 days from today is December 27th, 2008, exactly 6 months until the wedding. I will start an intense dieting/workout regiment. I am currently weighting in around 220 pounds. The goal is to get down to 180. I will soon add a workout and diet schedule. My last workout was over the period of 3 months and I went cold turkey, working out regularly and eating very well. I lost 28 pounds and fell off the wagon on the NYC trip and never recovered. As of now I'm calling it HCD (Hardcore Diet) let see if it sticks.
