Joey leading his group. It was a pretty impressive sight. He was yelling at them, calling at commands and all that jazz. I ran about half a mile with them before my shinsplints kicked in. (Joey is just about in the center of the pic. He is in a grey shirt 3rd from the back)

ENS Henkel salutes LCDR Henkel for the first time
We headed over to the base at 0430 for a 0500 run with Joey then back to the hotel to change, then back to to base at 0700 for a private commission between LCDR Henkel and ENS Henkel. Then back to the hotel to pack up and check out. Then back over to base for the 0900 class graduation. After grad Joey said bye to his classmates and we headed back to Philly for what was possibly the WORST driving experience I have been in. 8 miles in 3 hours In north Manhattan. Got back to Gmoms in time for a Phils 10:10 first pitch.
