Titans Lions iPhone background
Unfortunately the Titans have ended their winning streak of 10-0 by shooting themselves in the foot in a game against one of the all time greatest QBs to grace the field, Brett Farve. I strongly believe he didn't beat us, we beat ourselves. Oh well, enough looking back, time to face what is in front of us, the Lions (0-11) on thanksgiving day! Could the Titans grab there first blow out and get the running game back over the 100 yard mark? Turkeys stuffed and fingers half way crossed. 48-3!!! Let's do this!

Lewis Hamilton F1 champ!
Been slacking a bit and I forgot to add that Lewis Hamilton won the F1 championship this year. It's only his second year in an F1 car and he is the youngest champ yet. Also the I believe the first African American to take it all! He is a great driver and despite my love for Ferrari I have to admit I was pulling for Lewis. Massa and Kimi are both great drivers but there is just something about them I don't care for. Ohwell this will make for a very interesting year next year with all the new changes and what not.
Congrats Lewis! Now move to Ferrari! hahahahaha!

Titans 9-0!
Titans took out the Bears this past Sunday. They shut us down in the running game. Keep us under 30 yards! Collins carried the team with his arm. It was a very impressive game and I'm really look forward to seeing what they can do with both the running and passing game in top form.
My iphone background from last week.

Election day 2008
Redskins lose, Obama next president?
I'm not a voter, but this is pretty interesting.
Except for 2004 (they lost), the last home game prior to the election for the NFL’s Washington Redskins has correctly predicted the outcome of the Presidential race since 1936. According to the legend, if the Redskins win the home game prior to the election, the incumbent party stays in power. If the Redskins lose, the other party moves into the White House. Prior to the Bush/Edwards race in 2004, this legend held true during every Presidential election since 1936.
The Pittsburgh Steelers killed them 23-6 on Monday night football, which at half time interviewed both parties.
I do usually favor one over the other and I'm liking Obama in this one! :)

At the Titans Packers game
The gotitans.com crew.
Sunday morning, beer in hand, we made it to the gotitans.com tailgating party. Everyone there was super nice! Meet a lot of cool folks and had an amazing hamburger!
After food and drinking several beers we were lucky enough to participate in the gotitans tailgate tradition! Everyone there puts there hands in as one of the members gave a little pre-game speech ending with 1...2...3...8-0!!! It was really awesome to participate in that have everyone! Wish we lived there...
We soon made our way to the gates! In Nashville you can carry open containers so everyone stocked up on beers and head out. It was strange walking down the street with a beer in each hand. Beers inside are $6.50+! The line was crazy long, never seen that before.
We got to the top section in time to see the team come out. If you look close you can see my boy coming out...Chris Johnson!!!
The cool flag they rolled out for the Anthem.
KICKOFF!!! Paul and Dana were at the game too! Just a few rows down from us!
White had a huge break away and led the way for CJ to score on the next play!
Lee Greenwood sang God Bless the USA. (He wrote the song)
3rd quarter 11:30 left. 13-10 Titans!! (org post for the iphone while at the game!)
Starting to get nervous. But we were informed we were at the 100th consecutive sold out game!
One of the passes that got us within field goal range. Unfortunately after this great drive Rob bounced the ball off the goal post as time expired.
We get the ball back in overtime thanks to a good call on the coin flip!
The video below says it all!
8-0 BABY!! We got the Bears in Chicago next.
Us after our amazing victory!
We decided to go for a little victory swim.
The room was awesome! I booked a smoking room cause that's all that was left, but when we checked in they ask which we wanted. The room was huge! Twice as big as the room we normally get. It had 2 doors. One led to the main hall and one led to the pool!

At the Preds game
We made the trip to Nashville Saturday afternoon and right before walking out the door learned the Predators were playing at home. We decided to walk over and try to get tickets. As you can tell we were successful! We sat on the end to my dismay, but the seats were not bad and I actually really liked them. They played the Florida Panthers. The game went into OT after a 2-2 tie. 3 of the 4 goals were scored on our end! After a 5 minute sudden death period it went into a shootout. The Preds won with 1 goal scored by Martin Erat and 3 shots blocked. It was a good game and after we ate at Demo's, which was awesome!
