Travis & Lauern's '10 Si

Took it for a spin (to the bank) today. Notable assessments: fun and easy to drive, comfortable, has a nice throaty sound for stock, very well equipped and nice cabin tech. And... saw 5, yes 5 lawn service providers on my short trip.

Yet another Riot run.

One of a few designs we have run for Jesco White.

Jack Daniels tasting

**Update**

Red on Red makes it into the News Sentinel

Read the article here.

Red On Red was invited to a small private JD tasting at Latitude 35. It was very interesting and actually learned a lot. I had no idea of the interesting history and production process of JD. I never took into account that JD doesn't display an "aged date" on their labels. JD is matured not aged. No.7 can be 4 years old or 5 but will have the same taste and color no matter what. The head taster was on hand to give the presentation and he did a great job. His father was the head taster before him but he did tell us he wasn't just handed the job, he had to work hard and be trained to replace his father.

I definitely plan to make the trip to Lynchburg to take the tour and learn more.

I really do love learning about stuff like this. Very entertaining and I really appreciate those involved for extending the invite!

Caught some curb

Going to see if I can fix that one. Never really thought about it until now but I haven't curbed rims since the early 2000s.

Clint & Mary's shower, dancin & Tokyo

Clint and Mary had a pretty cool couples shower. It was at Bliss, down in the Old City. Most of us had never heard of it. It is about a month old and pretty nice. Upstairs and downstairs bars and a nice dance floor. Everyone had a great time even with a little drama.

We went to Tokyo after to see my bro Jason Paul open for Slink in his soon to be full time spot if things good right! Maggie thought we should show our emotions about Mary not being able to come.

Info poster design - Phils FL trip

Finally got this thing printed. The printer could not spit this thing out properly. CMYK, RGB 300 DPI nothing was working. Finally got it sorted out and framed it for my dad. I think he was shocked and seemed to love it.

I have a new love in going to these shows. This photo was taken a while ago but you can see my grinning self to the right watching Tice break.

Cinco De Mayo!

Had an awesome party and the new office with Gigmark, DMGx, and CMOco. I only took one pic and it's of 4 folks which of whom I only know 2! haha.

Work showcase

Was recently hired by Mellon Tuning to redo their logo and change their name to Mellon Racing. After about 100 designs we finally landed on this. They tuned my car to perfection and I did the design for trade for my upcoming tune. Once I have all the new parts we will be doing a duel of 93 octane and E85.

Downtown Derby Cornhole Tourney

Travis and I entered the cornhole tournament down at market square, which was hosted by the Icebears. Mike Murray and Mike Craigen were on hand too! We won our 2 games making it to the final game. While waiting for the final we chatted with Craigen and he is a super cool guy. He is the coach of the Icebears by the way.

The final started and T and I knew we were done. The other team took the game very seriously and obviously had played a lot before. Each had a hilarious stance and release. Well, they beat us and beat us pretty bad haha. Sucks cause the prize was pretty awesome. I day with the IceBears team. You get to go to practice, listen to the pregame plans with the team, tour the locker room and seat on the bench during the game.

Ohwell, it was fun and Craigen made it obvious he wish we would of won.

Downtown Derby Week kick off

The Scarecrow Foundation kicked off their derby today with a horse selection party. Travis, Lauren and I went. It was a cool little event hosted by Spanky Brown, who is hilarious. Red On Red was a Patron Sponsor so we got to select a horse. It was a random drawing deal and we came out with Watch Me Go, I horse with horrible odds. It was a fun night and looking forward to the rest of the week!
