Started week 4 of p90x this week. I have been on and off with eating and also up and down in weight so I wanted to track progress. I got as low as 224 but 4 days off caught up with me, ha. I'm definitely getting stronger, faster and having more stamina. I'm gaining muscle too so that's skewing the weight in a bit too.
Can't wait to get back on the field for spring soccer! I'm going to be a different person!
