Back from vacation and ready to get in shape. Mary and I started
counting calories using the iPhone app My Fitness Pal. It's a great app
and one I'd pay for but it's free. You put in your goals and it helps
guide you by providing you with a calorie carbs protein etc. counting
and allows you to look up foods, scan bar codes and even enter your own.
We are focused and are going to help each other stick to it. We are
working out tri-weekly as well.
