Operation get healthy - day 5
Been doing shin workouts throughout the day yesterday. This morning I tried the insanity warm up but my shins starting to hurt. So I rode the bike 5 miles again. The weight seems to be falling off though. 30 pounds to go, ha!
Mya Rawlings!
Our good friends Clif and Molly had their beautiful little girl last night! They had a full day of labor but everyone is good and healthy. I look forward to meeting her!

It has arrived!
This is the last official picture taken with my iPhone 4.
Nice day for me today! Went to Nama for lunch, headed home after lunch to wait for my packages. Only shady moment of the day was that as I approached our road the FedEx dude was driving by. I thought, "Damn it! I missed it." Assuming I had to sign for it. Then the question arose. Should I be that nutty guy that follows the FedEx dude to get a item that just can't wait (even though I had been for 3 weeks)? Well I decided against it. Pulled into the driveway and BAM! There she was sitting at the front door, my brand new iPhone 4S!
I also had a package coming UPS the same day. I thought it'd be funny for them both to show up at the same time and pull an old western style shooting out to get me my package first. But alias, they were about 2 hours apart.
I also had a delivery from USPS, the trifecta!
Insanity - day 4 no insanity
I really need to work on these and get rid of them. So to help with them I have ordered 2 on these compression sleeves. I have read quite a bit online about people saying they really help, so fingers crossed.
Today I rode the stationary bike for 5 miles split it with pushups and squats.

Fixing the sunroof
So yesterday I won't to take a few pics of the Evo with the new lip after the sun settled behind the trees. While backing out of the garage I hit the tilt on the sunroof, got nothing. I messed with it a bit and got it to open but it popped and cracked like popcorn. I never got it to shut. Today I was up and working on it around 9am.
I followed some ideas I found on the forum but they didn't work. But 2 of the 3 screws holding in the motor where missing. So I decided to remove the headliner and check things out.
I ended up having to hand crank it shut. I removed all the screws and added loctite. Everything works great now. Hope it stays that way. Man was it a pain removing and reinstalling the headliner. Never again!

New lip in place
While pulling her out of the garage for these pics the sunroof proceed to break. Now I have to pull the headliner and fix the motor as its a pretty common tread according to evom. Apparently 2 of the 3 screws just fall out over time, neat!

Busy Saturday!
After we headed over to the Greene's to see my little cousin and her huge and awesome little son Cooper.
After we went to lunch then the store. Once home and unpacked Mary headed off to the UT game and I started rearranging the living room. Didn't like it at first but it's growing on me. We'll see what Mary says.
Next is my beginnings of healthy eating. Carrots and broccoli but non lowfat ranch, but with a sprite zero and vodka. WAY less calories than beer! Next is sirloin steak and spinach leafs with lowfat honey mustard.

Started Complete Nutrition!
We had a little lunch and learn a few weeks ago at DMGx with Ethan from Complete Nutrition. I usually don't buy into "gimmicky" pitches with lines like "lose 20 pounds in 2 months." But this was different. Ethan ran through the products and was very informative and nice. He knew all the answers and wasn't a cut around the corners type, which I liked.
The thing that sold me in is that complete nutrition as a company has almost doubled in the last year and their advertising costs were cut in half once their products saturated the market. To me that's their best selling point. Proves the products work! Most obviously due to the repeat customers.
I believe that says more than enough for the products. Especially since they are pretty pricey. Travis and I both started this yesterday. We both already feel awesome and look
